URGENCY
Over two decades ago, the creative industry was alarmed by the acute shortage of properly trained creative professionals in the market. In response, a panel of leading gurus from the creative industries came together to form the ideal training centre.

ESTABLISHMENT
In 1991, The One Academy of Communication Design was established. Our mission is to elevate the region as the world's centre of creative reference.

EDUCATIONAL RECOGNITION
In 2003, we were awarded with the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status, an acknowledgement for IT-related organisations for their compliancy and facilitation to Malaysia's k-economy.

Our programmes are accredited by the National accreditation board Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and was recently conferred a Special Award by the Education Ministry of Malaysia in acknowledgement of our strongest record in nurturing global high achievers.
