Operations Manager

 

Responsibilities:
• The Operations Manager will be responsible on the day-to-day operation of the college. Ensuring the equipments are in working efficiently and having ‘hands-on’ management of the operations.

• Lead college’s Environment, Health & Safety programs and ensures that all college facilities and practices comply with local and corporate environmental, health and safety requirements and achieves Company’s objectives

• Accountable for the budgeting operating costs, both direct & indirect and manage of the approved budget.

• Organize, coach and manage the operation team and ensure the day-to-day operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:
• A recognized Degree in Business/Management or relevant professional qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience at managerial level

• Strong leadership and staff management skills

• Strong negotiation & coordination skills and abilities in traffic control

• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-service focused

• Proven track record in implementation, coordination and monitoring operations process

Academic Manager

 

Responsibilities:
 A) Academic Administration
1.To overall supervise on the development of curriculum and course content & to upgrade course structure and syllabus on a periodic basis

2.To overall supervise in academic documentation in compliance with education codes and rules & regulations of the Ministry of Education & LAN.

3.To manage, lead and coordinate the department which includes manpower planning, budgeting and promoting of courses.

4. To supervise and monitor students’ progress, performance and quality of work.

5.To conduct presentations, seminars and talks for students, counselors and the general public & by providing assistance and advise to Faculty Head that initiates the project.

6.To initiate, lead, plan and be involved in all R&D areas in the faculty’s subjects in keeping abreast with the latest technologies and industrial trends.

7.To supervise the overall activities to ensure all matters related to the student service is well take care and is carried out as delegated to subordinates.

B) Academic Collaboration
1. To assist the Dean on all collaborations, activities, events and issues pertaining to strengthening the relationship with affiliated overseas and their representatives.

2. Responsible in updating all faculty staff on all matters regarding the developments with affiliated overseas universities directly involving faculties.

3. Ensure the continual availability of updated information on affiliated overseas universities for benefit of internal students.

 

Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor Degree in Art/Advertising and Graphic Design/Multimedia Design or related field

• 3-5 years working experience or related working experience, preferably in an academic environment

• Strong in R&D skills; course syllabus monitoring & quality controlling

• Meticulous, responsible, resourceful, high initiative & independent

• Have good presentation, negotiation, organizational & communication skills

• Preferably with ISO 9001:2000 knowledge and experience

Jr Copywriter (Group Advertising & Communications)

Interested in the craft of selling ideas via the written words. To provide content for a diverse range of advertising, publishing, marketing and corporate communications materials

Degree or diploma in Social Sciences / Mass Communication / Advertising is an added advantage but graduates of other disciplines are encouraged to apply

Good English writing skills, resourceful in Internet research skills & proactive. Conversant in Mandarin is advantageous

Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Fine Art)

Bachelor Degree in Fine Art or related field

2-3 years working experience or related working experience, preferably in an academic environment (for Senior Lecturer)

Has a flair for teaching and able to interact well with students

Strong in R&D skills; course syllabus planning and monitoring, review assignment/project

Strong leadership, responsible and independent

Strong command of English Language (both written and oral)

Good administration skills an added advantage

Able to work in a team

Operation and Maintenance Officer/Executive

Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience

Meticulous, independent, possess good communication skills and able to set up for activities and perform administrative duties

Experience in handling electrical /electronic equipment and building maintenance work

Strong negotiation & coordination skills and abilities in traffic control.

Able to converse in English & Mandarin would be added advantage.

Communication Skills Lecturer cum Copywriter

Possesses a Bachelors Degree in Communications/Performing Arts/ English/Education or qualifications in a relevant field (Masters holders preferred)

Excellent command of spoken and written English (Mandarin is added advantage)

Possesses good copywriting, course writing, planning and administration skills

At least 1 year(s) of experience in a related field, preferably in teaching at tertiary level

Practical working experience in the Design/Communication industry is an advantage

Must be a responsible, resourceful & capable of independent work

*This position involves teaching and writing internal/external publicity material

Assistant Marketing Manager

Good strategic planning, organisational, leadership and presentation skills

Able to formulate ideas and plans to successfully market company's products & services

Skilled in organising and executing events, exhibitions and similar projects

Good knowledge of international marketing for student recruitment activities

Willing to travel locally and overseas

Good command of English and Mandarin

Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity

Marketing Executive

Fluent in oral and written English. Spoken Chinese skills are advantageous

To support and assist in counseling and student recruitment activities

Possess a strong communication, public presentation, and event management skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of team members

Willing to travel locally and overseas for roadshows or similar events for recruitment purposes

Candidate with the character of optimistic, friendly, self-starter and mature are most encourage to apply

Assistant to Finance Manager

Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting

Minimum 3 years' experience in audit and 2 years' experience in the commercial sector

PC literate and good working knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software

Familiar with the accounting, Company Acts and Tax Guidelines

Good financial analytical skills with an eye for details

Administrative Assistant

SPM or equivalent

International Affairs & Students Life Coordinator

Degree holder with at least one year work experience

Preferably bi-lingual (English/Mandarin), with good English speaking and writing skills

Faculty members who are able guide students in questioning and debating their assumptions about design practice and the role of the designer, in preparation for an exploration of the historical and theoretical context of design in a post-industrial culture

Must have the ability to research, debate and communicate intellectual ideas within the contemporary design practice.

CGI Artists / Senior Lecturers (Digital Animation)

Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Graphic Design or equivalent. Strong capabilities in animation, in both computer traditional forms,

Have clear understanding of animation principles like Timing, Weight, Squash & Stretch, Overlap & Follow-through, Action & Reaction, Anticipation, Posing & Staging, Depth & Volume, Beat & Rhythm, Arcs and Solidity,

Have experience and proficient in computer graphics modeling & animation packages, and with clear understanding of 3D graphics techniques,

Have a sense of design.

Possess good command of English Language (both written and verbal), good communication skill with all levels, have a flair for teaching and able to interact well with students.

Senior Public Relations & Marketing Executive
