In what language are the lessons delivered?
We only use English. However, should a handful of students be alienated in class, the lecturer would normally help the student/s by providing some coaching in the class. Besides the stated situation above our lectures are able to deliver their area of expertise effectively in English

Why do the lecturers look so young?
Creative/New media is considered a contemporary course in the industry; it is therefore quite different from some of the traditional professions such as Engineering, Medicine and Law, where you can find more seasoned professors lecturing on the programme.

Besides that, Commercial Illustration is also a new industry introduced by our Principal, Mr Tatsun Hoi. For this reason, the expertises to teach in this course are also generally younger than those teaching in older professions.

Just keep in mind that our lecturers might look young, but they are not necessarily young in terms of their age and especially experience. Many of them are award winners or have coached award-winning students.

Do I need to buy a computer?
It is highly recommended because many of our classes are computer-based lessons. You are expected to complete your projects using computer, especially during your majoring years.

If you cannot afford one, you will need to make use of the units available in our labs through first-come-first-serve booking system.

When can I use the computer labs?
Our labs are available for all student bookings after daily class sessions and are open until midnight. However we do not encourage you to stay back too late for safety reasons.

What is the estimated amount for lodging and expenses I would need to spend yearly?
This would depend on your lifestyle. On average, a student may spend anywhere between RM13,000 to RM18,000 a year cover their room rental, food, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses.
