Accommodation costs vary according to location, type of accommodation, demand, facilities provided and the number of people sharing a room.

Rental is cheaper for accommodation units that are located further away from major towns. Current rental rates per person are as follows:

KEY FACTORS WHEN LOOKING FOR ACCOMMODATION

As our international student, you are entitled to 3 days temporary accommodation arranged by our Student Services Department while you are looking for a place to settle down.

We will try our best to locate a home of your preference. However before you start choosing the ideal place to stay are some of the factors you should be considering:

1) Location
Is the unit close to The One Academy, within a reasonable walking distance?
Is it close to a bus stop or railway station?
Is it close to shops?

2) Cost
Is the rent within your budget?
Is sharing with other students a more cost effective option?
Have you checked out a variety of accommodation options to get “the best price”?
If you are renting privately or through a real estate agent, have you considered the additional costs such as furniture, utilities and food?
