Further Education

We have academic partnerships with various leading art and design institutions of higher learning in the UK, the USA, Australia and New Zealand.

With our diploma programmes being approved by these universities / colleges, our graduates can easily transfer into their degree programmes at the maximum provision.


We carefully select and constantly monitor this list of universities / colleges based on their:

i) quality of graduate work,
ii) recognition from the professional industry and employers’ feedback,
iii) overall reputation of the relevant art and design programmes and     curriculum,
iv) study and living environments offered,
v) support system and staff accessible to the students

Our International Office offers advice and liaison services to students who wish to further their studies at any affiliated institution of higher learning. You can find out which programme benefit you most and discover more about each programme of interest through the use of available materials at the International Office.

Application forms for affiliated universities are available, and our counsellor will be able to advise you on your application. We will assist you in making sure all documents are compiled and certified, portfolio assembled according to the university’s requirements and arrange for interviews if necessary.

We will inform you of your pre-departure briefings and flight or visa arrangements and etc once your application has been approved.

The Birmingham City University has evolved over 150 years from its beginnings as a local community college to its current status in providing higher education to students from all across the world. UCE’s Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BIAD) is one of the leading centers in the UK for art, architecture, design, and media education.

Our relationship
We have recorded an illustrious history with the University of Wolverhampton (UW). Most of our students graduate with honours, at no lower than an upper seconds level of achievement. As such, UW accepts our diploma graduates directly into their final year of their degree programmes. Students are expected to meet standard entrance requirements within the recognition agreement between both institutions.

The University of Wolverhampton gained its University status in 1992. The University has a total student population of over 22,000 of which around 3,000 are international students, making it one of the largest universities in the country.
