In Japanese “nendo” means free-form clay, a soft, fluid substance that symbolises its way. Nendo represent the flexibility of the shape and form to reconstitute. Concept developed from sketching and twisting of the clay structure. OKI SATO tries to reconstitute and start from the simple shape to transform into characteristic form of fission. Making innovation but still keeping the minimalism and originality. The organically malleable asymmetric design of exterior ability to deform and showing the transforming of the NENDO, reaching across spaces. The effect was pulled out of shape across the interior by defying changing levels and criss-crossing.
