Welcome to The One Academy
Career Site!
We are looking for individuals who challenge assumptions,
are receptive to new ideas, look at things in new ways, build
on ideas to make better ideas, and make unlikely connections.
The One Academy isn't just looking for lecturers. We're looking
for people who can contribute, grow, think, dream and create.
We seek out achievers, leaders and visionaries. We believe
we do things differently, and do things better. When you dream
alone, it is only a dream. When all of us dream together,
it is the beginning of a new reality.
We look for people who are adaptable, self-motivated, passionate,
creative team players. If that sounds like you, why not bring
your talents and skills to The One Academy? We are growing
in dynamic new ways and we recognise that the right people,
offering their ideas and expertise, will enable us to continue
our success.
The One Academy has a reputation
as an innovative and progressive organisation - and we
aim to keep it. Things happen quickly in our business.
We hire people who are able and eager to handle responsibility
fast.
You'll be working with some of the most talented (and likeable!)
people in their field, in an informal environment. An effective
and enjoyable way to accelerate your professional development.
The nature of our relationship with you
Change is a constant factor in our business. The demands
we make on employees are constantly evolving so that we can
respond to ongoing developments, changes in educational needs
and new opportunities. It's exciting, it's tough,
and it's the nature of the business. We have to act quickly
and we'll expect you to act with us.
We expect you to take the initiative when it comes to your
professional development, and balancing your work and personal
life. We provide the framework; you make it happen.
Faculty Team
At The One Academy's Faculty divisions, we manage
every detail, making sure great ideas become great products
for New Media students. What does this mean for you? In the
best situations it means you'll push your colleagues
to do their best work, and they'll turn around and
do the same for you. And the details? If you have the minimum
